I kinda got the idea in my head to draw some dude with a scarf or something. I seem to like top hats too, because well, they're pretty funny looking anyways. I don't know what this man is up to or why he's in Italy, but again, done in Paint.

feeling spontaneous again. watching Heroes inspired this I guess. I wonder what I would do if I was a vigilante... not that I'm ever going to be. however, if I'm going to be a super hero, it's going to be a different kind of super hero.
